Other Flanges

Lap Joint Flanges
slip over piping equipped with lap joint stub ends or lapped pipe. They are not welded which allows them to be swiveled to line up the flange bolt holes.

Reducing Flanges
are used to decrease line size. All sizes of reducing flanges are available as Weld Neck, Slip-On, and Threaded.

Orifice Flanges
are used in pairs and meter the flow of liquids and gases through a pipe by clamping an orifice plate between two flanges. All sizes of orifice flanges are available as Weld Neck, Slip-On and Threaded in 300 pound pressure and higher.

Long Weld Neck Flanges
are used primarily as outlets on pressure vessels and tanks. The bore is always the nominal size of the flange, regardless of the pressure rating, and the standard length is 9 inch or 12 inch.
